Buyers search before they call: for the service, the location and the problem they need solved. More of them now read an AI answer first, and fewer click through to a website when one appears. We make your firm the one those searches find and those answers name: the right page for every search, the authority that ranks it, and mentions on the trusted sites that AI tools draw on.
What AI search changes
Google now shows AI Overviews and AI Mode above or in place of the usual results, and many buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot before they search at all. The firms these answers name tend to be the ones other trusted sites mention, with pages that answer the question directly. Google says its AI features need no special files or markup, so the work is search fundamentals done well, plus the mentions that get a firm cited. Some agencies call this generative engine optimization (GEO) or answer engine optimization (AEO).
How the work runs
- Technical audit. Crawling, indexing, speed and access for AI crawlers, with fixes in order of impact.
- Search demand map. The searches buyers make by service, location and problem, each assigned to the page that should rank for it.
- Pages and articles. Priority pages rewritten to answer the question first, then articles written from interviews with your experts, on a monthly calendar.
- Authority. Digital PR, links and accurate listings on the publications, directories and lists that buyers and AI tools check.
- AI visibility. A fixed set of buyer questions checked every month in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, with your share of mentions against competitors.
- Reporting. Rankings, traffic, AI visibility and inquiries every month, from your own Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and analytics.
